Innovative Movement Physical Therapy is currently out-of-network with all insurances. If you have a PPO or a POS plan, we are more than happy to provide you with an itemized superbill for submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Services are HSA/FSA account eligible.

In-Person 60 Minute Follow Up Appointment— $350

Virtual 90 Minute Follow Up Appointment— $400

Virtual 60 Minute Follow Up Appointment — $300

Travel Fee (45 min+ from clinic location) — $75
